Dear Stuart
I would like to formally acknowledge the help and support that Geoff has provided during what I am sure you will agree has been a very trying time. We were due to leave last weekend on a holiday that we had to put on hold last year due to unforeseen circumstances. The events of last week left us disappointed like thousands of others but unlike many others we had Geoff keeping us advised and trying at every stage to sort things out. I have heard numerous complaints about travel agents/ tour operators but we have received a superior service from Geoff and felt that you should know. Give that man a pay rise - he has been a star !
Kindest regards
Lisa (London April 2010)
Hi Sanjay,
Just returned from our trip and thought I'd drop you a quick note to say
everything went very well with our flights and the airline managed not to lose
our luggage for once. Probably be in touch in a year or so to plan for 2012.
Thanks very much,
Dave (UK April 2010)
Dear Jarvis
Just to let you know the whole trip went off without any complications and all flights were perfectly arranged. Thank you for all your help and would certainly love to do it again in 2011.
Lee (UK April 2010)
Hi James,
Thanks Muchly. Like I said on the phone, thanks for your advice this morning, it was really helpful and I'm a lot happier!
Kind regards, Oliver (UK April 2010)
Thanks Geoff
Managed to grab a last minute seat on the first flight out of Tokyo yesterday. Thanks very much for all of your help with our trip. We had a fantastic time and will certainly be using you in the future for our travels.
kind regards Trev & Steve (UK April 2010)

key campaign message is simple and applies to everyone - Know Before You Go –
get travel insurance, research your destination including local laws and customs,
visit your GP at least six weeks before travelling overseas and make copies of important
travel documents. For further details visit the FCO website here |

ATOL - Air Travel Organisers Licensing
ATOL exists to protect the public from losing money or being stranded abroad because
of the failure of air travel firms. It was first introduced in 1972 and it gives
comprehensive consumer protection to 28 million people in the UK who buy flights
or air holidays each year. The company has an Air Travel Organiser’s License
(ATOL - 6283) granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL protects you from
losing your money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks
on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses, and requiring a financial
guarantee called a bond, which is lodged with us.If a tour operator goes out of
business, the CAA will make a refund to you, or if you're abroad, we'll arrange
for you to finish your holiday and fly home. For further information please visit
the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk.
CAA - The Civil Aviation Authority
The CAA is a government body that issues Air Travel Organisers Licenses (ATOL).
While the CAA focuses primarily on airline travel, all travel arrangements sold
in conjunction with a flight, will also be protected. |

IATA - The International Airport Association
The International Airport Association governs the administration of airline ticket
issuance. The company is also a member and is bonded by the International Air Travel
Association (IATA - 91257073), which allows us to issue tickets on our premises
in Islington. |

The Pacific Asia Travel Association

serving government tourist offices, airlines, hotels and other travel-related companies
throughout the Pacific Asia region. PATA's mission is to enhance the growth, value
and quality of Pacific Asia travel and tourism for the benefit of its membership.
PATA has long been an advocate of balancing growth with responsible conservation
